I am so bummed. I take extremely good care of my tools as well as the containers they come in (when applies). I noticed today that my new systainer my energy pack came in was cracked at the top and bottom corners on one side. I know this sounds so petty, but I don't want a damaged systainer to look at. I ordered my energy pack with the Midi cordless over a month ago and did not noticed that the shipping box was damaged at all. I feel like the vendor may have just been careless with it at some point, unless it came from the factory that way. I don't know if this is something Festool will warranty or I go back to Amazon who will reach out to the vendor. Ugh.

If you got it from Amazon, is is likely from Hartville Hardware. You can confirm that on your Amazon details.
I would reach out to them via the contact number on their website. They have always been very good to work with.

I'm sorry to hear your systainer came damaged! We do sell Festool on Amazon so it's possible it came from us.

You can call our customer service team at 1-800-345-2396. If the order did come from us, we will gladly help you.

If the postal service is mishandling the packages it's crucial there is enough padding at the corners. And sometimes... there just isn't. But some delivery services can destroy anything.

The guy delivering triple pane glazing of 60 kg at my brother's home put them with a corner on the pavement [mad]

Anyway, contact the seller.
