Looking at your table... maybe this is something that happens when you run across the holes?
Most of my TS55 issues happen as a result of a load change... coming out of the material, and then hitting the edge of the hole on the MFT might have been just enough to cause a momentary... whatever... and the sudden shift in load sends the blade momentarily out of balance.
