creating a a tutorial web like the domonio explanation training one

I am photographing my next project and documenting.  would like to post in a set up like the domonio one... pic and explnations.  how do I find that site to set one up... thanks

I'd like to help but I am not sure if I know what you mean by the "domino one"??
