It's not like I don't have enough drills but I saw this drill while in London last week and the green pull is happening again.  Any idea on when it's going to be available in the US?  The power of the C18 in a smaller package is very attractive.

I don’t believe it has the power of the C18. I think it’s about 20% less if i remember correctly. It does spin slightly faster in 2nd gear though.
It definitely looks like it will feel better in the hand though. More like the wonderful CXS original than the unweildy (imo) C18.
But, there are several concerns/complaints about how loud these drills are in another thread in this forum.

I have been using this drill for about a week now. Mainly for installing drywall with the adjustable depth chuck and kitchen cabinet installation. It drives 3” construction screws into wood framing in speed 2 without a problem. Something the small CXS really struggles with.

It’s not that much smaller than the C18, but it’s lighter and waay more balanced. Much more enjoyable to use than the C18.

As far as noise, I haven’t really noticed it to be super loud. Maybe some people are more sensitive than others, but compared to the daily noise from impact drills on our jobsites, the CXS18 is super quiet.

3.1/3.0 batteries are a perfect fit for this drill, and I’m glad I kept my old 3.1 batteries.

Also highly recommend the attic lid Systainer as well.
