I have a small project coming up in my attic where I cannot reach into the far end without extra hose. It is a hassle to get the CT up the ladder and i thought it would work to use extra hose, leave the vac on the hallway floor below and use three lengths of hose to reach as far as needed.  my question, (of course i will find out), how much vac will be lost per hose length?  I used to know the formula to figure presure loss thru different size water hoses and for each fitting when i was a Volunteer fireman.  I don't know the formula for how much vac will be lost per length of vacuum hose, if there is one.
