CT 36 AutoClean Dust Extractor vs shop vac dust deputy frankenstein

Has anyone compared the CT 36 Autoclean vs shop vac dust deputy when vacuuming up drywall dust.  I have a 4000 sf house to vacuum and wondering what others have done in this situation.  I'm fairly certain my frankenstein setup with the dust deputy will work but the hassle of moving probably take its toll on my patience.  How well does the CT 36 autoclean perform in such an environment?  How long does the filter last in new construction vacuuming?

It wont be a problem. On a big drywall job, I ended up with about five pounds of dust in the vac. I run a deep clean cycle occasionally.
