I like the idea of the plastic bags to be used for drywall dust, containing the dust when removing and disposing of the bag is a step forward from the open type "shop vacs".
But there could be some improvements...
With every bag I have opened up from the box the glue used around the inlet of the bag has squeezed out and stuck to other areas. More then once I have opened it up and torn a hole in the brand new bag [mad].
The other area that has caused issues are the "cloth vents" on either side of the bag. On more then one occasion when lifting the full bag out it tears right at these vents allowing dust to dump out. I have found myself having another contractor bag ready to stick the Festool bag into, just in case.
Both of these really detract from the whole dustless experience and I hope they could be improved.
