Custom Cardboard Lid Inserts

I'd like to create some custom lid inserts (the cardboard inserts that show all the parts and sometimes how they fit) for some of my. sustainers to make it easier to remember where everything goes (some of them are like a jigsaw puzzle.  Anyone have any experience making these or getting the white plastic clips that hold the insert to the underside of the lid?

Anyway; in the past I've taped a table with router bits to my router bit Systainer' lid. But doing it the official way would be nice.
