Cut out trim for vanity unit UK

Hi Guys

Has anyone ever came across the curved plastic trim that manufacturers use in vanity units for the cut out in the drawer to accommodate the waste pipe. Ive tried everything I can think of to find them without success so far so any help would be much appreciated.
