I need to cut Incra miter channel to fit my router table.  Can I use my TS75 with the standard blade?  If so, then I should be able to use my slider as well, correct?  I think it did it before but its been awhile so I want to make sure.

It will likely work, Howard, but aluminum blades are generally (maybe always) triple chip ground.

Like Tom said, the correct blade is the triple chip blade, but I used my TS75 to cut my router table to fit into the extension wing of the table saw.  It already had a t-channel epoxied into it (a Woodpeckers table).  I used the stock blade.  I did go slowly when hitting the channel.  So, again, the track was inside a MCP top, not just loose.  Worked fine; it didn't notice.  I didn't notice any appreciable damage to the blade.

Another option: hacksaw, file, some ATP.  [tongue]

no worries.  It cut like butter.  I wish the phenolic had been that easy. [huh]  That stuff is tough!
