Hah! I wish. nope, very few customers know the difference between good work and not so good work. Some of the absolute cr(* that I come across would make you cry. I don't say anything though, as it might be the customers work [eek]
I do measure each corner (outside, inside corners get coped) I find that it goe's pretty fast though, I mean you have to cut your material anyway so it's not a time killer to adjust the saw to the exact degree.
On corners with round corner bead I glue them up on a bench anyway, so the fact that I try for the 1/10th degree takes no more time than reaching for 1/4 degree. But I am always looking for ways to be more efficient.
You do get used to working a certain way though, so that was the basis for my questions as I've not had a chance to use a kapex other than at the dealers showroom. I do find the "swing" left and right a bit stiff, but that might be just because it's a new saw.
The price for a kapex here on the west coast of Canada has dropped from $1,780 to $1,573. plus 12% tax. It's probably cheaper in Washington State (1/2 hr drive) but we get hammered by customs when we come back: duty and taxes.
