Dewalt radio stopped charging

I did not realise that the radio charged the batterys I thought you just had a choice between mains or battery to run the radio, if the radio still works it would point to the charging curcuit. you can buy internal parts for these radios,but they will be expensive. best just use a normal charger if you have one.
