DG/PRO - DRAINER GROOVE PRO JIG

Can be used with any router to make drainage groves on Countertops, Chopping Blocks, Trays, etc.
Can be used with many of Trend's other jigs, which fit into this jig
Selling because I have another one as well, and do not need two
Frame for routing drainer grooves in solid timber and solid surface worktops.
Made from 15/32-inch hardwearing CNC machined Compact Grade High Pressure Laminate.
X and Y-axis ski and carriage allows forward and back, and side to side movement.
Provides a 0.5 degree fall.
Router carriage has hole to accept a 1 3/16-inch guide bush.
Carriage can be locked to allow parallel groove routing for standard drainer grooves.
Router carriage can also be used for tapered surfacing applications with a 3/4-inch diameter straight cutter.
Outer frame has index holes at 1 15/16-inch centres to restrict length of slots and includes two index pins.
Five inner templates accessories available to give various groove affects such as straight slot, straight fan, curved fan, lightning fan and hot rod.
Router carriage is not used when inner templates are fitted.
Requires suitable plunge router with 1 3/16-inch guide bush and cutters.
