Hello!
I am relatively new in this group and have recently bought a used CS 70. As I think Festool prices are a little  high I wonder if there is anybody who can share their experiences of how to make DIY extendable tables for this machine?

It's very easy. I never had to make a real permanent extension table for my CS as I have the full set, but on occasion when I need to cut lots of long pieces I make a long extension to the left to use my saw as a sliding miter saw.

You just need to make a connection to the V-groove on the side like I drew in this quick scetch. Then you can make legs on it, straight down, or under a 45 degree angle to fit into the slots on the side of the table's legs, like the official extensions do.

Which reminds me, I should get the CS 70 KA extension.
