Came across this today. An odd set of CTL 26/36 that (to me) looks like a hybrid of the old CT22 and the newer CT36.

Honestly don;t know in this case but I do know that some brands do supply different items there. I think Dewalt and Stanley may have a special units for that market.
Also I don't know if it's relevant but that video is 2 years old.

I hear you on the date, but considering the CT26/36/48 were released in 2011 and only replaced this year, I figure two years would still mean there are current lineup!

This, apparently, is a distributor in Russia and neighboring countries. They show a catalog. I don’t know if any items are missing.
