Domino and Exterior Use

To the more seasoned vets on here, when you use dominoes on projects for outside, what glue do you use?  Will titebond be fine?

Titebond III or West Systems epoxy.

Titebond III works really well.
Also, if you're making something that's going to be exposed to the elements, look into the Sipo Dominos

Just an added note.... If you are using an oily wood, you need to get the surface film off the glued areas before applying the glue. I use denatured alcohol or naphtha. I do wear plastic gloves and eye protection when wiping down the wood.

I was advised by West Systems tech support that the ideal epoxy in their line for outdoor Domino use was their G-Flex product.  Has more tolerances to movement which can be a major factor in outdoor use.

I've used the GFlex system and it is a great product.  The West System tech support people also tell me that the resins in oily woods like rosewood blend well with the West System resin.  I still wipe with acetone before assembly however.

Several years ago, there was a review of all the glues that were available to consumers and included the various categories now offered, including all 3 Titebonds.  Type III had the strongest holding characteristics of all the yellow types at the time.  As a result of that very good report, I use Titebond III almost exclusively.  Thus, you should definitely use it as it is an exterior application glue.  I have never been disappointed or surprised by it.
