Recently I sent my df500 in for service for a calibration problem. The turn around time was less than a week- FANTASTIC! When it was returned, there was a checklist of all the services performed. Along with the checklist, were two pieces of maple joined with the domino. All I have to say is CONGRATULATIONS FESTOOL, you successfully duplicated the problem I sent it in for without repairing it. Really can't wait to call them in the morning.
