Domino guide pin is stuck

One of the spring loaded pins is stuck in the retracted position and won't pop out. Any suggestions for getting it to pop out as usual.

try a dust extractor with a narrow nozzle or a strong magnet? the base is aluminum, so that might work.

I couldn't see a hole on the back but I will look harder

I think my problem was also due to having to suddenly re-bore an already glued mortise that wasn't quite deep enouh

yeah, glue or pitch, I've had that happen once or twice. Not a super common problem fortunately.

My domino has paddles, so I'm not 100% sure of the pin version, but doesn't the whole pin/spring assembly unscrew from the fence casting so you can clean it up?

Well, I got it working. Had to pull the motor/cutter assembly off and remove the extractor port to get at it, but a small Allen wrench did indeed succeed - I also spritzed some WD040 on the pin and twisted it around a while and all seems well.
