Domino Knock-Down Connectors & Miters, Help!

I'm hoping to use our domino machine (500) and the quick-connect/knock-down domino connectors for a project using King Board - a plastic board that "no adhesive known to man" will stick to.  We're building 6-sided honeycomb structures that will be mitered along the long edges at a 60-degree angle.  I think I can run the domino slot straight-into the miter, parallel to the face of the board, allowing me to use the drilling jig for the knock-down dominos? Has anyone ever tried this?  Thanks

The best way to work out /verify the DJ settings etc. and to field test your design is to cut some test joints using scraps of the same thickness of your plastic material.

There is a way to glue polyethylene that is used to repair boats. here is one video.

yeah, no adhesive will work so you need to chemically weld them together / solvent weld

Your plan should work just fine. Make sure you don’t mortise so close to the edge that you cut through the outside edge.
