Domino question

I've got the 1st generation Domino, with the pins, which sit into the mortises for multiple cuts.

Does the newer style, with the paddles, do the same thing? (This is not a picture of mine, ..just for reference.)

The short answer is no.

The paddles aren't designed to register off another mortise.

just a thought but if you bought another set of paddles and cut them so that they are L shaped instead of triangular , the bit sticking out of the paddle might go into the slot and register off of it
