The reason why we made it this size is because we could sell it at a very competitive price. Since the jig wouldn’t be used on a daily base, we found that it would be worth giving it this size for the pricing reasons.
Our jigs are very precise, dead on, on a sheet of 4x8. You cannot create an error unless you don’t use a centering mandrel for your router.
