Drill drum sander

Does anyone know  who  makes  or sells a  drum sander  for a hand held drill  with an end  handle  for holding  it steady?

Yes.
Two handed operation  and with a  drill or electric die grinder  to power it maybe.
Unfortunately I don't think they are available in the UK.
