I wanted to know if the Festool Quadrivve PDC has a depth stop fore drilling.

Yes it has. It's the typical rod mounted to the handle. (See attached picture from Festool's PDC instructions/manual.) If you're asking for something more sophisticated, no it hasn't.

There are collars you mount directly to the drill bit, to serve as a depth stop for more delicate tasks/ small workpieces, available from many different manufacturers. (https://www.fine-tools.com/tiefenstellringe.html )
