Duplex LS130 discontinued?

Hi All,

Im looking for a sander that can get right up to an internal edge without banging the crap out of the vertical on a 90.  Looking at the 2022 catalogue, the duplex is not there, has it been discontinued?

I currently have the DTS400 but its not the best thing to get right to an edge due to the orbital motion banging the side, I was thinking the duplex being linear might remove that issue?

I still see the duplex for sale so just wondering if stores are selling what they have left, I also wonder if this will be replaced with an updated model?

I guess they still have some LS130 110v stock.

The surprise was, if I remember correctly.... recently bought LS 130's have a quite recent date of manufacture. Or am I mixing things up with the sys vac?

I think that discussion was on the VAC Sys.

There are some still around. I know of at least one place that has them in stock. I have thought about getting one, while still available. The company I work for had one in the old building. It got used for cove splashes most of the time. The guy who runs that department now, doesn't like them, so it was never replaced. I don't really "need" it, so I have been slo-rolling it.

It works well for what it is designed to do - I like it and I am glad I have one. It is not used every day - but, when you need it, you need it.
