Recently bought the cms-vl to use with my mft and of-1400. love it but one thing is driving me nuts:  Connecting the dust extraction hose to the router is a PITA.  there's not much clearance between the router connection and the on/off switch of the cms.

pretty sure i set it up correctly. Has anyone else noticed this?

You can connect it to the router before you drop the insert plate down. I have also attached it to the clear plastic part and then hook it on after.

I love my VL setup, great to use and a lot less dust!

Thanks Bryan. I like my setup too.  All I have in my shop (garage) is 1 mft so the extension comes in handy.
