Yes, it's all in the main filter.  Keep in mind no one is saying these vacs are or aren't good for RRP work.  You need to decide that for yourself if you do that kind of work.

We've been doing more and more residential window replacement jobs.  Just sent my brother to RRP class friday.  Obviously a little behind schedule but we haven't had any jobs in old homes since the law wen into effect.  But it will be nice having all the vacs with HEPA filters so we don't have to worry about grabbing the wrong vac for clean up on those jobs.
