Hi,

Does anyone have a direct contact with festool Germany for part diagram corrections?

I'm looking for a small item and have found that the listed part number is wrong.

Cheers,
Ben.

Please share.

If you want Festool to notice this, you'd best email them in Germany. And then they probably read your email and do nothing. It is a multinational after all.

My experience is that Festool = employee in a position corresponding to your question/problem/ will answer you, personally, if you e-mail them.

If you fear your e-mail might get lost in that big inbox/ doesn't make it to the right destination, I can offer to forward your findings, to someone at Festool who's E-Mail I have, on your behalf.

But from my experience, you will be gtg by e-mailing Festool (Germany) yourself: info (at) festool . com or customerservice-de (at) festool . com

Kind regards,
Oliver

First time I needed to know something from Festool it took 5 emails to get a reply.
Sorry to hear that Alex.

I contacted them a few times:
1. error on website (fs dutch) they updated is a week later
2. refund on action (bought kapex in Germany, contacted fs CZ if I can get the refund here. Was no problem and got my refund. even spoke english here (cz) !  [eek] [big grin] (TBT I thought they would tell me "sure" and when it was time to pay there would be issues, to my big surprise, none of that  [thumbs up])
3. contacted dutch again, about a catalog and they told me which product numbers the dutch version are so I can "order" them here (cz not native, reading is a bit difficult :D )

All in all (dealt with my share of big companies) they did great, quick replies (as a premium company should).

Never had something repaired, so not a clue how that would go. Anyway, so-far so good ;)

I'm a little embarrassed to admit, the parts in question are simply labels to go onto my replacement CTL MINI I (220/240v) hose garage. The garage (part number 204717) comes with no labels as its shared with the CTL MIDI I.

Diagram reference 28 points to both to the model label and also the plastic grille.

The more important issue is the extraction classification label that's missing from the diagram completely. It fixes to the rear of the hose garage. Since I posted my first message I've come to realise this is shared with other extractors like the CTL36 e.g part number 477176.
