I wish that the exploded drawings in the Ekat could be rotated so that you can view the assembly in 360deg.
Just got a spare part for the Kapex and the bit that is bust is not part of the housing  but a separate piece that is inserted into the housing . If the drawing was available to view in 360 deg I would have realised .
It my own fault really as I should have taken it apart first and then it would be obvious . Any how the Kapex has got a nice new housing to go with the other part I will now have to order.  I have to admit the price of the spare parts are very reasonable.

Someone is going to chime in that you can do a 360deg view and I am going to be a numpty  [big grin]

Agreed. While, it takes a bit to get parts I don't get the same run around and delay for parts that I get from Milwaukee and Bosch. In Canada, that is an advantage for Festool.
Not so much in U.S. as those tool manufacturers have parts offices there.

Very true, I don't think that I have had to wait more than two weeks for a Festool part to get to me and that's usually parts having to come in from Europe.
In contrast Metabo parts can take twice that amount of time.
