As above I wish it existed, also is it possibly to convert a 125/3 to a 5mm orbit by using spare parts?

You can wish but this one is never going to get fulfilled.

And you can't modify a 125/3, there are no parts for it.

What's wrong with getting a 150/5 if you need the 5 mm stroke?

The parts for the 150mm are interchangeable, you just need to buy the 150/5 fan assembly.

There is a 150/3 and a 150/5.

But there is no 125/5, so if there's no sander there are no parts also.

The parts are the same for all 3 machine, apart from the aperture that accommodates the pad brake on the 150 is bigger for the the bigger pad.  And obviously the ossiciltion mechanism of the 5mm is different to the 3mm

[member=69640]Whatever[/member] hope it works for you.

But, in advance, please don't waste your time taking pictures of your endeavor expecting to post them here.

I know you are newer to the forum and posting images of Festool tool modifications is not allowed.

My "endeavour" is for my purposes, not something show off and it will look the same as any other Festool sander.
