Ets sander

I recently purchased and love the new 5" sander my question is
1 how to remove the pad , which way to unscrew it .does the pad lock?
Also can I interchange the pad from my ro125 also 5" with this machine

If you are talking about the ETS 125, the pad has 4 screws on the bottom you need to unscrew to release the pad. You can not use this pad on your RO125, they are different.
