Wooden Skye said:I always thought that the TS55 had to be my favorite Festool, the cut quality, ease of use and setup, and good dust collection. But I have been using my trion barrel grip jig saw a lot lately, and I think I am leaning to this being my favorite. I always hated jig saws, mostly the d handle version. I always had an issue with seeing the cut line, being right handed and left eye dominate. Plus the dust collection isn't bad.
So I have switched and found a new favorite. Have others out there in FOG land had the same thing happen?

Northern Early said:I do love my TS. its better in all aspects than a worm drive with a guide board. but my favorite no. the domino yes, absolutely great, but it hasn't made me a ton of money yet. (it may never will, but thats ok because it makes things I want). CT has replaced my dyson. The rest of them I absolutely prefer over any of there old counter parts that some day i will get to my brother because i don't use them.
But the one.
I mean the ONE,
Is my Rotex. All of the others have replacements. Some of my tools may have equals, (certainly not better). But My rotex is bar non the best investment in festool i could have asked for. I only have a 150 at the moment. I may have blew my yearly tool budget on other Fez but the new year is darn close and a RO90 will be soon to find its spot in my quiver. an ETS may be a close follower.
