Hi all,
I've a Fein ASCM for sale. After lots of FOG research I ended up buying this Fein drill. This is the version with the heavy duty chuck. I'm selling so I can switch to the quick chuck version. Its on ebay (http://ebay.eu/Zu0j9O) till this saturday evening but you guys know what its worth and I'd close the auction early for a sensible offer - just message me on FOG.

If you're reading this add you probably know all about Fein, inventors of the first Portable drill in Germany, and you're probably familiar with the ASCM18. Your research has probably shown you that this is better built and better performing than anything else in its class (fighting words in this forum I know). If your new to this drill, do some research of reviews and then come back.
This drill is in nearly new condition. It will last you for years and years. It's brushless motor and electronic circuit protection combined with its incredie power and build quality mean this is a drill you will be able to pass on to your grandson.
This unit is straight from the continent and has a European plug. I'll supply it with a UK plug if the winning bidder is in the UK.
Unlike the Fein ASCM18 QX, this model the ASCM18 has an all metal chuck which is incredibly heavy duty. Look closely at the photo of the chuck and you will see you can even put a spanner on it, so you can turn screws in or extract a drill bit from a truly stubborn hole.
- 4-speed solid metal gearbox.
- Brushless FEIN PowerDrive motor with 30% higher efficiency.
- Lithium ion storage battery with FEIN SafetyCell Technology. A separate communication cable protects the battery and tool from overload.
- Solid metal quick-clamping drill chuck.
- Electronic torque setting.
- Motor and electronics have full dust protection.
- 1800 screw connections with one battery charge.
- Fixes 10 x 400 mm screws without pre-drilling.
- High speeds for fast, precise drilling.
- High torques up to 90 Nm.
- Carbide-tipped clamping jaws are a highly reliable way to hold round drill shafts.
