I have some rust on the fence dial mechanism.  Specifically, the telescoping portion the dial pushes forward or backward to fine tune the right side of the fence got moisture on it and got rusted.  the dial can no longer move the fence since the telescoping portion is basically frozen from the rust.  Any idea's on whether this portion of the fence is replaceable? If so, where can I get the parts?

Have you considered using something like Kroil or PG2000 in an attempt to free the part? If you do get it unstuck, I recommend PG2000 as a regular maintenance routine for metal on metal slides and the like. It was developed for bicycle chains but there used to be a specific version for woodworkers....really good for lubricating the posts on the plunge routers...(tip of the hat to Greg Paolini for that recommendation).PG2000 spray lubricant
