I have been thinking that an apron would be nice when doing cabinetry and trim work. Does anyone here have the Festool one? Is it adjustable or a one size fits all? Seems like an ok price compared to other on the market.

I was at In Touch Tools in Palm Desert yesterday, and the Festool rep was there demoing some tools.  He said the apron will be available in December.  No price info, but you can probably put your request in to your dealer.

I spent an hour last night looking at aprons on the net then low and behold someone posts about aprons spooky [eek]

I have one of them - received a couple of years back.

Yes it is adjustable.

The apron goes over the neck with a non-adjustable yoke and there is an inverted 'Y-type' strap down the back that is adjustable down to either side of the waist.

Not as long as a Woodcraft apron that I also have - The Festool one is more a set of pockets than a full knee-length apron.  I personally like the shorter length better.

It's well made.

I have one also. As Neil said, it's quite adjustable.

I gave one to a friend of mine a long time ago to use as a BBQ apron and he was 6"-5", 315#. It worked...

If you have a desire for a SYS MINI TL, it alone costs $25. That means the apron is $15. Considering the quality, I'd recommend it for the shop, grill, or kitchen...

I love my original one.  This looks like a different one.  I admit I didn't dig out my other one though.  It hasn't been mentioned yet, but  according to the model number / sku this is not a regular item.

Of course..but via FOG EIAE and it's this creed that hopefully gets me an apron and a NA Fogger a reciprocal item that is NAINA.  [popcorn]

I was looking forward to the Festool apron but I've always had problems with the dust collectors on the front of some aprons. If they come out with a new version sans lower pockets, I'll be first in line.

It's been a few years since I got sawdust in my pocket mainly because all my dust collectors have "CT" written on them! [tongue]

Thickness planing, edge routing, hand planing... fill my pockets with fibers and dust.
