Festool BHC 18 Belt Clip Fix

As with the DRC in the previous thread I did a number on the BHC to fit a standard Festool C18/T18 belt clip:







Very secure and way better than the slippery plastic belt rods supplied with the machine. The angle of the belt clip balances out nicely with drill and battery fitted.

The other way to do it is to use the Big Lugg and replace the upper screw on the BHC 18 to enable fitting of the Big Lugg.

Hi Henrik,

Would you be able to elaborate how you did this mod please?  I agree the standard belt clip on the BHC, PDC/DRC's are awful, I don't understand how it was designed to ever stay in place and I'm interested in this mod.
