I requested a new catalog online. The pages of my 2013 are getting worn out. It took about 2 months to get my new catalog, figured it must be hot off the press. Guess what, its a 2013 catalog. What gives?

Festool catalogs for 2014 are just making their way to dealers right now.  A couple of dealers just posted in the last couple of days that they had received theirs.  I would image that your catalog request fulfillment with a 2013 version was just a timing issue.

Do you have feedback thread and/or mailbox for catalogs?
I cannot find polishing accessories in 2013 and 2014 catalogs. Some polishing accessories were discontinued since 2011-2012 was published. Does it mean that polishing accessories won't be offered anymore?

Festool had to focus on managing the widespread panic they like to create with their annual price increase.

Now that they are done raising their already high prices and meeting the planned demand spike from that announcement they can print your catalog.
