I bought a CMS and mine came with it, adjusting is a little bit of a pain however it  would be better if it had 2 of them instead of one...

Im going to buy the GE kit with all the attachments. If you look at it the way I see things (cheaply), you buy the basic CMS for $1200. then your gonna need to hose accessory which is another $100 bucks if you decide you need the sliding table thats another $350 so it might be better to spend the $1600 bucks and get it all.

IMO Its better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it.

Mine came with one, and I immediately bought a second for infeed.  The only issue is that it obscures the power switch under the infeed end.  When I have time, I'm going to move the power switch behind and above the fence on the rear extrusion.  It's an idea in my noggin right now, but will be a reality soon.

I have the CS70 with the same type of extensions and I think they're quite good. Solid as a rock. The only thing that needs some improvement is the way they are attached, attaching them is a bit too fiddly right now for my taste.
