Can any Australian FOG members tell me the Festool Green and Grey color equivalents in either Dulux, Haynes or Wattyl  paints?

Thanks.

Don't know about those brands, but Benjamin Moore's "Sweet Pea" color is very close for the green, as is "Stonington Gray" for the gray.

I took my CSX Drill to Bunnings and they were able to colour match the colours....  with what ever brand paint i wanted.
I only went with the Blue as I had to buy 1 litre of green and i couldn't see myself usung that much... so i looked at the colour cards and choose Dulux Fluro Green, and it is seriously close.  Depends on the green item you choose to compare it with.

As for the Blue it is extremely close if not exact... i can't tell the difference

If you wanting the grey take in a Systainer and they'll match it for you... any good paint shop.

If you take a latch or case into ICI Dulux they can match it dead on. I've had an account with them for years, they are great to work with and got a latch match dead on a couple of years ago when I built my sysport.

I can't tell you what the colours are in your Australian colour system, but I can tell you what colours they are in the German RAL system.

The RAL system is German by origin but it's the most well known and world wide adopted colour system, so anybody with access to a computerised paint mixing machine should be able to mix these colours for any brand of paint you prefer.

Tools: very dark blue, RAL 5004 (Black Blue)

Systainers: light grey RAL 7035 (Light Grey)

Green: RAL 6018 (Yellow Green)

Also, any (good) paint store should be able to get you an almost exact match of the colours if you bring a sample to them. Even if you don't have the official names/numbers of the colour.

[size=13pt]Just over two years after this thread commenced and I am developing paint mixing skills at work. So today I took a Festool Drill Bitt Box and using the Color Calibrator developed the following formulas for Festool Blue/Black and Green.

Please note that these formulas may not be applicable outside Australia, nor with non Dulux paint products.
