I just wanted to thank all the Festool employees for what they do and especially for their time in putting the details together to pull off an event like Connect.  Festool has a strong brotherhood like no other company and they exceed and flourish because they want to help you to do the same.  I always meet a bunch of great guys and there's no shortage of stories.  I thought I would share this here because it's the one place I know everyone will get it.  Thanks again.

Sorek, it was a pleasure to meet you and talk at length. I'm glad you enjoyed your time with us and thank you for your great video.

I could swear I met that guy at the Festool booth.

Yes sir.  I was commending you guys for bringing your trade to the craftsmen level.  I know some guys with your passion but there are a lot out there that could learn from you.  And that is why you do what you do!  Also, for encouragement,  I sent 2 of the painters I know links to your videos, told them what Festools they should start with and they're on their way to bringing their businesses to the next level.

Likewise Shane.  And my pleasure.  Toughest thing now is what to spend my Festool bucks on!

By the way Sorek... Love that wet plate pic on your avatar.... very cool thing to have indeed!

Yeah, thanks.  It's really wild to have an image on a piece of metal.  To a chemist it's logical, but to me it's magic.

It was great to chat with you, Sorek. I look forward to being in touch through the FOG, etc. going forward. You do very nice work.

Great video.  I just realized you guys aren't that far from me... I live in Canton (aka Collinsville).  I'm just do this for a hobby, but it's videos like yours that got me into buying all this Festool gear for my small basement shop.  ;)

Yup, right in the old Axe factory.  Thanks for sharing that.  Feel free to stop by sometime.
