Not many examples around of a cart so thought I’d share mine I’ve just built for my workshopIMG_2674.jpeg

I like that it has its own little cubby…I first thought…nice…same highth as the bench but this is good too
They are useful for putting the fences in when not in use and also for push sticks, marking and measuring tools etc …. I also set height to be a few mm higher than my Paulk Bench which doubles up as my out-feed table so the board push thru easily.

No help from AI just trail and error and to get what I wanted. I have built a few carts over the last few years to fit into the bays under the bench in my garage which incorporates my miter saw . The garage is also the workshop and utility room so having mobile carts gives me a lot of flexibility to configure the shop based on what project I’m doing. The 5 drawer one on the left is the mobile tool chest and the one on the right has a router table built in.IMG_2128.jpegIMG_2685.jpeg

IMG_2714.jpegIMG_2712.jpegIMG_2708.jpegIMG_2716.jpegDesign of cart enables me to set an Auxiliary fence to the left of blade which was useful for cutting the drawer fronts as the bottom drawer was bigger than 280mm …… cart will support up to 625mm on the left side

Used the sliding table and an off cut to align the fence which worked really well and easy to set upIMG_2719.jpegDrawers Finished 🙌
