Festool ctm 26 e vacuum problem

Hi
I’ve recently purchased the above vacuum and after about two weeks very very light use it’s developed a fault . The auto start doesn’t start at all and the manual start starts very briefly then stops .
Everything is checked and clean,free from blockages. It’s so new it’s still on its first vacuum bag. Any clues guys would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like it needs to go in for a warranty repair on the controller.
