Festool customer service

Been a while since I posted here but anyone in the USA had problems getting through to festool on their
1800 customer support line.

I get greeted by message saying we are too busy you can call back or you can leave a message and then the line disconnects.

Maybe they too are having staff shortages?

I’ve called their parts line twice in the last 2 weeks. They picked up after a few minutes on hold.
They did offer the option of leaving a number for a call back, I just wait until someone picks up.

Thanks just got through maybe I am calling during their lunch hours

She picked up right away this time.

Yes I had the same issue last week, left a message and never heard back. called back trying to stay on line and it disconnects. Shrug
