Since this is a wish list thing...

I'd like a Festool drywall router.  I have a Rotozip with dust collection, and the collet is all caked with drywall dust.  Not sure how to clean it.  As much as I try to tighten it, I can't get it tight and the bit falls out after about 3 feet of cutting.  It may be trash.

In the descriptions for new tools, it isn't obvious that either the Rotozip or the Dewalt versions include any sort of dust collection attachment.  My drywall work is remodeling in nature, and not new construction where I can let dust fly everywhere.

I'd rather pay the price for a quality long lasting tool rather than one I use for a short period of time and throw away and re-buy wondering if my old accessories will fit.

Do you have the dust attachment? I think it only works with the RZ1500 & RZ2000.

I do have the dust attachment.  It works really well.  I just can't get the chuck to stay tight long enough to do more than a few linear feet before the bit shakes loose.

I'm thinking of spraying some nasty electrical cleaner into it to see if I can clean it up enough to get the chuck tight.  Hopefully it doesn't melt anything.

Nice idea
It would fit in great with the auto feed screw gun and the planex

I do remodeling work as well and I would buy one for sure

Speaking from experience with the roto, you should pull the nut and collet off and clean the socket.  I was losing bits and discovered that the collet had so much drywall dust in it that it wouldn't cinch down tight enough.
