Festool Fan Shop

I wonder if this is all leftover swag from Roadshows that got eaten by the Pandemic?

I no longer follow eBay listings, but anyone who got that e-mail will probably start to rethink their Festool swag bidding on the secondary market.

I don't think it's leftover swag.  It seems to me like it's specifically being produced for sale, especially the 3 Blåkläder® offerings.

Festool USA has been planning on doing this since the 2015ish time frame.  Just didn't happen.

Interesting to see the Blakladder brand mentioned.

Hope that the remainder of items in the Festool Fanshops overseas will make their way over here.

Peter

It would be nice if Festool included a sticker or two with each tool purchase. A sticker costs pennies to make but the free advertising is priceless. It's also one of those things people who are fanatical about a company really love to get.

Apple has been including free stickers for years and you see them just about everywhere.

This is some really cool, random stuff. I really like the tloc patch and the playing cards.

The RTIC tumbler seems a little off brand for Festool being that RTIC is an imitation brand, but AFAIK YETI doesn't do custom screen prints, just laser engravings.

I've had an RTIC tumbler that was a give-a-way from a Sika sealants lecture I attended about 4 years ago. It is far and away my favorite mug, keeps things hot or cold for hours and seals really well. You can buy them online for about a 1/4 of the Festool price.

I love my Festool's for their function and performance, for some things I don't see the value in paying for the branding. You are paying to do their advertising. I do wear my t-shirts that were gifts for buying the tools on job sites all the time and am always happy to talk about the brand, don't make me pay for it please.

not a lot of stuff at the fan shop.
Looks like old mother hubards cupboard. I like to see their swiss army knives, their pica pencils, folding rule, even a toolie.

looks like they are just selling stuff that will give them some advertising

do the shirts and pants come in a systainer?

Do they sell a kit?

Hah!!!  Love the description on the BLÅKLÄDER® WORKPANTS,
"A subtle Festool logo on the cargo pocket keeps you on point."

Nothing quite as subtle as a Festool Green Logo on black pants!

Yes, Peter!
I think the Snickers pants would have been more appealing to me personally.
They definitely have a lot more stuff.  I was surprised to see it all on another Festool site from over there.  [big grin]
