Flop: The documentation. For the price of the tools I would expect a top of the line manual.

Hard to narrow it down to a few faves.  Wouldn't be without my TS55 and rails, the OF1400 is sweet, once I got it figured out the VS600 is the bee's knees, and oh those sanders!  The Domino is out of this world.

Probably the biggest flop is the idiot operator - even with Festools I still cut it twice and its still to short :  Oh yeah, even tho the OF1400 is a fave, that "outigger" to level it up with the guiderail is lame!
