festool guide rail and parallel guide or table saw?

I suggest getting the tools based upon the current need.

For the garage stuff you can get sheets of MDF cut to the right size.
That pretty much negates the need for a sheet saw for sheet goods (TS55) as well as the rails.

If the Armoire is wood, then you probably want the band saw or a good jig saw if there are curves on it. If it is straight then maybe the table or contractors saw, or a pull saw ;) .

What would you be using the router for?
If it is for shelf pins, then look at the Mafell DD40.
If it is for Shelfs in the MDF then look at the Lamello Divario and the Lamello Zeta P2.

You may need a sander, and a vacuum is always a good thing to have.
Or you use planes. I prefer planes, but I sand a lot too.

But everyone's list varies, and there can be many rght answers.

Many folks say you can do without a table saw when using the Festool equipment. I have the contractor SawStop table saw for primarily ripping quick items, which is fairly small compared to a lot of the table saws (plus safety feature).  For cutting sheet goods, I prefer the Festool track saw and the parallel guides.  In short, a table saw comes in handy and is quicker for some items over the Festool approach
