I just wanted to comment on how much better customer service has gotten in my life since I made the switch to Festool.  Even third party manufacturers and sellers have amped up their customer service when it comes to festool-related products. 

I recently purchased a set of rail dogs from Bob Marino, but at the time he was out of stock of all the other qwas products.  I got in touch with Steve from qwas to ask about purchasing a set of bench dogs to go with them.  Without me even asking, he offered to sell me 2 sets for $56, which would be the difference in price had I bought the rail and bench dogs as part of his super set.  So I have 2 sets of bench dogs coming for $56 when those sets bought individually cost $42 apiece.  Absolutely terrific!

I also has a little issue with toolnut.  I had ordered an LR32 hole drilling set along with a systainer and an insert for it, and a 20mm router bit.  I noticed on my shipping status that the bit and systainer had shipped, but the LR32 itself and the insert hadn't.  As it happens, the LR32 was available from amazon but the systainer insert wasn't.  I'm a prime member so I get free 2-day shipping with amazon, so if i cancelled the toolnut order and ordered from amazon right away, i knew I'd have it by when i needed it. I got in touch with Pete at toolnut, and with no hassle whatsoever, he cancelled the LR32 but still shipped the insert, and this was part of an order that had been made 2 days previous, and half of which had already shipped.  The problem was resolved completely in about 20 minutes.

So thanks Steve and thanks Pete for your excellent customer service, and thanks Festool for making the world a better place!  I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.
