Hello there.

I'm a newbie hobbyist.
I was looking at various options to do metal Bench dog template similar to Dominofix.
I don't see that available online.

Can this be done with a aluminum 1/2 inch sheet?
Are all the holes in Dominofix same ( I see 4 on the top row and 2 on the bottom row)

The bottom 2 are I believe meant to hold them against the Top. And we will clamp them to the material.

If any of you have a DXF I would love to borrow.

You could make a jig out of anything really aluminum plexiglass mdf what ever you want. I looked at the one you are looking at but wound up with a Park mk2 so much more flexible IMHO. I considered making my own but choose to spend the cash instead and I do not regret it for one minutes.

Have you watched the video on the Dominofix? I saw one out there and it will explain the holes and uses.

Thank you!
I did see the video on Parf and DominoFix.
DominoFix on a couple of videos showed some kind of wiggle.
Parf has been given raving reviews all over.

I was just hesitant to spend that 220$ for one table top.
Also I was looking at LR32 guide rail for making the top. If any of you have tried that approach would love to hear that.
I have LR32.

The Parf Mk II has had proven success. Look down the road you probably will make more than one table or you could make your table and sell the jig.
