here's my version of a panel saw using a steel fabricated frame and a fs2700 a fs5000 and only takes up less then 60sqft
and can cut 12' by 6' the frame is made out of 1"angle steel

the 2700 is mounted on two trollys thats strong and smooth

you can see there toggled two  2" angled steel with concave bearings for easy removel

the 5000 is on a counterbalance so its moves up and down with ease

heres the panel saw up and running with a ts 75 works great did some test rips today and was very pleased . its very acurate as for dust collection i had to
alter it  this works better from the front.

i would like to know if there's someone who has direct knowledge of the ts 75 220v verses the ts 75 110v  power.
is there a significant power difference from one to the other and can the 220v cycle under the north American 208voltage with out causing any
damage to its electronics . and last where can i get one is there a dealer that can facilitate this
Thanks

Lance

Lance,

I'm surprised you only have 208 volts.  Maybe the local power company can fix that for you out at the pole.  From what I remember, the UK's 220 volts is at 50Hz which operates faster when run here on 60Hz.  Not positive that they're at 50Hz so someone else might want to chime in.

Counterfix, what is the brand of vacuum lift you are using to position sheet goods?

On 60hz electrical systems I know in the USA, the 208v is with respect to 3 phase. Any one phase to neutral is 120v, while any 2 phases are 220v single phase.

the vacuum lift  i built myself out of some neoprene cups and a few vactraps welded tube frame it also tilts to rotate the sheets vertically to place on the saw
