Festool parts in Canada

How do you order parts for festool in Canada? The festool Canada website gives  a phone number to Festool USA and they say they don't deal with Canada. They gave me a phone number that I called and got a voicemail box. Left a message got no call back. How the heck do you get to talk to a human being about getting parts in Canada? I need to at least get an answer on how long it will take to get a part so I can decide what my next move is.

If you have the part number Lee Valley can order the part for you. Other Festool dealers in Canada may be able to order for you as well.

Hi,

Yes I finally got in touch with someone and got it sorted out. Strange there is no email address or phone number on the Festool Canada site that will allow you to contact a Canadian service or parts department. I called the number listed on the site thinking I would get a Canadian service center and went through the process of ordering the part until they asked for my Zip code? It was then I discovered I was not speaking with the Canadian service department even though I got the number from the Festool Canada service website.

I'm from Alberta as well (Langdon) and I'm curious what phone number from Canada you were successful in ordering parts from?

I dropped my Pro V sander off the workbench a few month ago and the removable plastic edge guard broke into several pieces and I'd like to order a new guard. Lee Valley is one option, but sometimes the Festool "expert" is not on shift when I've asked Festool related questions.
